Lawn Service Agreement 2026 (Mowing Rates May Vary)
Save time with an all inclusive agreement, we don’t need frequent requests or communication to keep your property looking nice – our agreement covers a wide range of services, check out the lawn mowing service section below.
- Front and back lawn mowed weekly at a rate of $50 per service
- Each time we mow, property permiter, and obstacles trimmed with string trimmer.
- During spring and early fall, Andrew’s Lawn Service may bag leaves when necessary, at a rate of $10 per bag – up to 2 bags per service. (This saves on Spring and Fall Cleanup costs)
- Grounds checked prior to service for trash or debris.
- Grass clippings blown from walks, driveway, and patios.

Q: Does Andrew’s Lawn Service offer Bi-Weekly mowing?
A: We don’t offer a Bi-Weekly mowing service specifically, however – if a lawn has dried out in the summer and could be damaged by excessive mowing – we will skip services. Clients aren’t charged for services we skip.
Q: What day of the week will you all mow?
A: We mow the majority of accounts Wednesday through Friday – depending on the time of year, mowing days may get pushed to accommodate rain or high temperature conditions.
